Our Journey
In February 2017, we completed our first commercial project at a local church organization in Little Rock, AR. This marked the beginning of our expansion into the commercial market, driven by the growing demand for our services

Initial Contact
Your journey with Platinum Roofing begins with a simple phone call, text, or email to our dedicated Business Development Manager. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will promptly respond to your inquiry and conveniently schedule an initial consultation.

Assessment and Proposal
During the consultation, our Business Development Manager will listen carefully to your concerns and assess the condition of your residential or commercial property. Based on our findings, we’ll create a detailed proposal outlining our recommended solutions and provide you with an overview of the process.

Planning and Scheduling
Once you’ve approved the proposal, our Business Development Manager will work closely with you to plan the project and schedule the work accordingly. We understand the importance of timeliness, so we aim to get our skilled roofing technicians on-site within 48 hours of scheduling.

On-Site Inspection
Upon arrival, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection of your roof, focusing on the leak area and identifying any other potential issues that could cause problems in the future. We believe in transparency, so we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Work in Progress
While on-site, our technicians will diligently address the identified issues and make necessary repairs or improvements. Throughout the process, we’ll document our progress and provide you with a photo report and overview of the work completed.

Quality Assurance
After the work is completed, our Business Development Manager will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that everything meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We’ll address any remaining concerns and provide valuable maintenance tips to prolong the lifespan of your roof.
